Two types of tests:

1. Test remodel design renderings online using a balanced panel of your customers and potential customers.
2. Invite actual customers from a “test” remodeled restaurant to our website within 24 hours of the visit to take an evaluation survey. The survey will assess customer reactions to the new remodeled restaurant. This also can be done using on-site interviewers, tablets or smartphones.

Test elements include, but are not limited to:

• Appeal of prime sign
• Exterior building appeal
• Interior appeal of dining room
• Overall atmosphere
• Seating comfort
• Interior color scheme
• Future visit intent
